As a Relationship Manager – Claims Partnerships, you will play a key role in supporting the effectiveness of Zurich’s Claims Partnerships across Life and General Insurance. Working at the intersection of Claims, Enterprise Crews and governance, you will help foster strong partner relationships while ensuring appropriate oversight of delegated claims activities and supporting the continued growth in the Partnerships (MGA & B2B2C) space.  

 

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to enterprise growth, with a particular focus on onboarding new programs in a structured and efficient way, while also supporting an established portfolio of Delegated Claims partners. You will help shape how partnerships are managed, ensuring claims are handled with care, consistency and transparency to deliver positive outcomes for customers and the business. 

 

You will also be responsible for: 

  • Supporting enterprise growth by partnering with internal stakeholders to onboard new programs and transition pipeline opportunities into operational delivery in a structured and scalable way 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing MGA partners to support collaboration, performance and long-term partnership success 

  • Providing oversight of delegated claims authority, including supporting the management of larger or more complex claims where required 

  • Monitoring and assessing partner performance against service, operational and regulatory expectations, and identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes and alignment

You are a confident and thoughtful leader who brings a strong commercial mindset and a passion for using data to influence outcomes. You build trust quickly, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and foster a team culture where people feel supported, challenged and inspired to perform at their best. 

 

In order to be successful, you will have the following: 

  • Experience within the general insurance industry, ideally with a focus on claims 

  • Proven background in claims management or claims-related projects 

  • Strong relationship management experience with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Experience working within governance and regulatory frameworks such as ASIC or APRA 

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and keep initiatives on track 

  • Sound understanding of delegated authority models or partnership environments
